Jem Lettings specialise in residential lettings, HMO and multi lets. We are based in Barrow In Furness, Cumbria and manage lettings locally in Barrow In Furness and in and around the Lakes Peninsula.
We are able to advise you on all aspects of residential lettings from choosing an investment property to let, advising on rental assessments and investment returns.
We can also advise on the relevant legislation including the Housing Acts, Fire Regulations, Gas and Electricity Regulations, Deposit Protection, Energy Performance regulations and immigration checks.

Wendy Kinnell
Wendy brings 20+ years industry and commercial experience to JEM Lettings, having started her career in Real Estate. Wendy is an experienced sales and lettings negotiator and has managed international employee relocations. When not working Wendy loves to cook and spending time with her husband and cat, Wiggins, two dogs, Kammie and Keekie and her lovely pony Tigger.

Martin Lister
Martin handles the commercial and financial affairs of JEM and brings 30 years of experience to the company. He has a background in investments and projects, and holds a bachelor degree in Mathematics with postgraduate qualifications in the legal field, specialising in construction law. He is also an expert in insurance and has helped many clients maximise their claims from insurance companies. Joan Stickland
Joan brings over 30 years experience in the Administration field having worked in IT, Ship Building, Finance and travel and tourism. She is also an Army Veteran.
Over the years she has proven herself by undertaking project management and is accustomed to working in a pressurised environment whilst dealing with tight deadlines.
Outside of work Joan enjoys spending time with her family and rocking out to local bands.

Sophie Ravetta
Sophie previously worked at established estate agents in Barrow and brings all that knowledge to her current role as Property Manager at JEM Lettings
Her enthusiasm and drive is an asset you cannot teach. She is always going above and beyond to make sure that our Landlords and Tenants are her number 1 priority.
Outside of work you’ll find Sophie with a iced coffee walking her two dogs, Millie and Narlah at Grizedale
